An RN license is 90% of the way to an injector's career — this is the other 10%. Trade night shifts and burnout for the aesthetic chair: real patients, real injections, physician-supervised. One of medicine's fastest-growing, best-paying fields. RNs only.
Every state writes its own RN rules.
This program is built around Florida RN scope — delegation, supervision, and standing orders the way the FL Board of Nursing actually enforces them. RNs licensed in other states should verify their own board's rules before practicing.

Curriculum mapped directly to the Florida Board of Nursing rules in effect for 2026.
Burnout in nursing is no longer an industry whisper. National data puts intent-to-leave at over 30% of bedside RNs. The exit ramp most are choosing isn't another hospital — it's medical aesthetics.
Injecting full-time at a med-spa pays comparably to or better than bedside nursing without the night shifts, the holiday rotations, or the moral injury of short staffing. The clinical skills are not exotic: aseptic technique, anatomy, dosing, patient education — you already have them. What you need is structured aesthetic training, scope clarity, and a runway to your first hundred patients.
That's what this pathway is.
Licensing · Florida Statute · Scope
Florida is a delegation state — and scope for RNs varies by product class.
Botulinum toxins (Botox / Dysport / Xeomin / Jeuveau). Approvable for RNs in Florida. A Florida nurse has obtained approval through a declaratory statement petition with the Board of Nursing — a pathway we walk every student through in module 2.
Dermal fillers, biostimulators, Kybella and other injectables. Not currently approved for RNs to pursue independently in Florida. They may be pursued (a) in another state that permits independent RN practice, or (b) in Florida under a declaratory statement and direct physician supervision. Because these procedures can be performed under direct physician supervision, RNs are able to complete this hands-on training with our medical director.
What this means in practice:
Add-on modules unlock once you've completed the core. Take them in any order, on your own schedule.
Precision border definition, structured volumization, the most-requested lip aesthetic in Florida 2025.
Cheek and zygomatic projection. Restoring the youth-triangle without surgical lift.
The highest-skill region. Cannula safety. When not to treat.
Sculptra / Radiesse–class fat biostimulators applied to face and body. Dilution math, layering protocols, expected vs realistic collagen response.
Platelet-rich plasma and fibrin protocols for facial skin renewal — within RN scope, under physician medical direction.
Device options, treatment intervals, combined-modality protocols. RN scope only — additional supervision required.
Skinvive, Profhilo, Volite. The diffuse-hydration category.
Pricing, Instagram, scheduling tools, chair-rental vs employed, building your first 200-patient book.
Cadaver-based facial anatomy session at Miami with Dr. Arviv and visiting plastic-surgeon faculty. Subject to scheduling and partner availability. Limited to 12 nurses per session.
Add-on enrollment is rolling — pick a module when your schedule clears and we'll find you a seat.
The core pathway runs as a five-day weekday intensive (Mon–Fri, 8am–5pm). Morning didactic, afternoon clinical floor. Across the week you'll target 16–20 patient injections under direct physician supervision.
Tuition includes didactic, supplies, model patients for hands-on, and your reusable injector starter kit (loupes, marking pens, gauze, sharps container, photo background, branded scrubs).
Many Florida med-spas reimburse RN injector training as part of employment. Ask your employer about training stipend programs before paying out of pocket.
The most common paths MSI nurse alumni take in their first 12 months after completing the core pathway.

Ana chose MedSpa Institute because it was highly rated — and what kept her sure of the decision were the things a brochure can't show: a schedule that fit her life, small classes where she was never just a face in the room, and a curriculum she calls amazing.
What she values most is how ready it left her. The quality of the education and the hands-on experience made her genuinely confident in her skills — the kind of confidence she says will carry her in the aesthetics world. And the staff sealed it: always ready to help, always teaching, always pushing, and, in her words, really setting you up for success.
