This is a sample Enrollment Agreement. The actual agreement you'll sign at enrollment is generated specifically for your selected program, cohort, and financing arrangement. All key terms below appear in your signed version. Your admissions advisor will walk you through it line by line.

03Tuition & Fees

04Payment Schedule
- Option A — Pay in Full at Registration: $6,000 due before program start.
- Option B — In-House Financing: $1,500 down at registration + monthly payments, 0% interest first 12 months.
- Option C — Affirm Financing: terms as set by Affirm at checkout.
05Required Disclosures (FL CIE)
- Program approval status: This program is licensed by the Florida Commission of Independent Education.
- Accreditation status: NACCAS accreditation pursuit in progress.
- Job placement assistance: MSI provides career support; placement is not guaranteed.
- Refund policy: incorporated by reference (see Refund Policy).
- Transferability of credits: clock hours earned at MSI may or may not transfer to other institutions; transfer is at the discretion of the receiving institution.
- Continuing education: FL estheticians must complete CE for license renewal.
06Student Responsibilities
- Attend all scheduled sessions (online and in-person).
- Complete all coursework, quizzes, and practical assessments.
- Maintain professional conduct consistent with MSI's Community Guidelines.
- Meet attendance requirements (specified per program).
- Pay all amounts owed on schedule.
- Provide accurate enrollment information.
- Notify MSI of any changes to your contact information or status.
07School Responsibilities
- Deliver the program as described in our published catalog.
- Provide qualified faculty and adequate facilities.
- Issue a Certificate of Completion upon successful completion.
- Assist with Florida licensure application.
- Maintain student records as required by FL CIE.
- Comply with all applicable laws and accreditation standards.

09Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Student complaints follow MSI's internal grievance process and, if unresolved, may be filed with the Florida Commission of Independent Education.
10Acknowledgment
By signing, the Student acknowledges they have:
- Read this Enrollment Agreement in full.
- Read MSI's Refund Policy, Privacy Policy, Terms of Use, and Community Guidelines.
- Had an opportunity to ask questions.
- Received a copy of this Agreement for their records.
