Our Institute offers one post-secondary occupational education program: Facial/Skin Care Specialist. A facial specialist program typically focuses on providing students with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform various facial treatments and skincare procedures. These programs often cover topics such as skincare analysis, facial massage techniques, facial treatments (such as masks and peels), makeup application, and client consultation. Students will learn about the anatomy and physiology of the skin, common skin conditions, and sanitation practices. Graduates are awarded certificates and help in preparing for applicable state licensing exams. The school also provides continuing education classes that enable professionals to refresh and expand their skills and maintain their licenses.

The Med-spa Institute offers educational resources that allow anyone to reach their potential and achieve their goal of becoming an expert in the Aesthetics industry. We are committed to provide both in person and on-line options to complete one’s education in order to allow those who need to provide for their families or those who are caregivers or have other duties the opportunity to succeed. To achieve that mission, our faculty, staff, administrators, and community partners, will provide opportunities for students to be thoughtful, responsible, creative leaders in their society.
Meet Your Instructor – Dr. Tali Arviv
Dr. Tali Arviv is a highly respected aesthetics provider, educator, and entrepreneur with more than 11 years of experience in aesthetic medicine. Known for her expertise, innovation, and patient-centered approach, she has built a dynamic presence in the industry and continues to shape the future of modern aesthetics.
Born in Israel and raised in the United States from the age of four, Dr. Arviv developed an early fascination with science and wellness. She completed her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of South Florida before earning her medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. She went on to complete her Internal Medicine residency at Orlando Regional Medical Center, finishing in 2014—the same year she launched her first aesthetics practice.
Over the next decade, Dr. Arviv grew her practice into three successful locations across Tampa, Miami, and Ocala, becoming a recognized leader in aesthetic medicine. After ten years of expansion and development, she strategically exited ownership while continuing to serve as Medical Director for Arviv Medical Aesthetics.
Dr. Arviv is also the visionary behind 360 Surgery Center, a state-of-the-art, Quad A–accredited surgical facility where she performs minor surgical procedures and provides an advanced operating environment for fellow surgeons. Her commitment to excellence and safety is reflected in every aspect of the center.
Guided by her passion for teaching, Dr. Arviv founded the MedSpa Institute, a premier training platform dedicated to empowering medical providers through high-level, hands-on education. Her programs offer personalized, one-on-one instruction with live patients, as well as essential business resources such as patient implementation forms, consulting, marketing guidance, and operational strategies. Her mentorship helps practitioners build both clinical confidence and sustainable practice success.
Outside of medicine, Dr. Arviv is a mother of three who enjoys cooking, Pilates, and ballroom dancing—interests that reflect her creativity, discipline, and love for continual growth.
With her unique blend of clinical expertise, entrepreneurial vision, and devotion to education, Dr. Tali Arviv stands as a trusted mentor and influential leader in today’s aesthetics industry.

MedSpa-Institute believes that any person willing to apply themselves, work hard and learn new techniques can achieve success in any field. Our curriculum is provided in a format that helps with understanding the importance of communication skills, promotes student success in the classroom and the workforce. We want to help our students think beyond majors to combine disciplines and passions, and become more than they ever thought they could.
Our Facial/Skincare Specialist Program.
The program offers an online option to learn all theory and didactics portion virtually. This can be done at your own pace however is expected to be completed within 6 weeks for full time dedicated students and up to 10 weeks for part time students.
In-Person Practical Sessions.
Our Hybrid Facial Specialist Program is meticulously crafted to provide you with a comprehensive educational experience that seamlessly blends theoretical knowledge with invaluable hands-on training. At our institute, we understand that success in the field of facial aesthetics demands more than just theoretical understanding; it requires proficiency in practical skills that can only be honed through real-world application.

Workshops
Our institution provides 1-2 days classes that allow students to enroll and add to their skillset. This will open more doors when looking for employment but we also believe that its important to understand how to do procedures that are commonly done int he field and understand the outcome, complications, and expectations.
