Accessibility Statement

We target conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA across all of our digital properties.

• Automated checks: we run axe-core and Lighthouse audits on key user journeys before every release.
• Keyboard navigation: every page is tested without a mouse to verify logical tab order, visible focus indicators, and no keyboard traps.
• Screen-reader checks: we review pages with NVDA and VoiceOver to confirm landmarks, headings, labels, and live-region announcements work as intended.
• Reduced motion: we verify that animations, autoplay, and parallax respect the user's prefers-reduced-motion preference and fall back to static content.

• Semantic HTML and keyboard-navigable controls throughout.
• Color contrast ratios that meet AA on text, interactive elements, and focus indicators.
• Captions on all lecture videos; transcripts available on request for archived sessions.
• Alternative text on meaningful images; descriptive labels on form fields, buttons, and links.
• No content that flashes more than three times per second.

Both our Miami and Tampa campuses are wheelchair accessible, including treatment rooms, restrooms, and parking. Reach out before your tour if you need additional information about physical access.

Students who need accommodations to complete a program — for example, extended time on assessments, sign-language interpretation, large-print materials, or accessible seating — should contact admissions before enrollment, or our student services team at any time during the program. Requests are reviewed individually and confidentially.

We will acknowledge your report within one business day and respond with a resolution plan within five business days. If you need information in an alternative accessible format while we investigate, just ask — we will provide it at no charge.

Accessibility is never "done." We audit new pages and features before launch, run periodic third-party audits of the platform, and prioritize fixes based on severity and how many users are affected.
