Photo & Model Release

• Use in MSI's curriculum, internal training, and accreditation documentation.
• Use on MSI websites, social media, paid advertising, and printed marketing material.
• Use in press, partner publications, and conference presentations.

• Sale of imagery to third-party stock libraries.
• Use of imagery to promote products or services unrelated to MSI without a separate written agreement.
• Identification by name without separate written permission.

At enrollment you'll be asked to sign a Photo & Model Release form. You may also sign or update one at any time at the front desk of either campus, or by emailing studio@medspa-institute.com.

You may revoke consent at any time by emailing the address above. We will remove the imagery from materials we control within 30 days. Imagery already printed, distributed, or syndicated to third parties may take longer to fully retire.

Clinical before/after photos used in casework are stored in the student's training record. Use of before/after imagery for marketing requires a separate, more specific release that identifies the use.
