Terms of Use

Last updated June 24, 2026

These Terms govern your access to and use of MedSpa Institute's website, student academy, and related services (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services. Your enrollment in a paid program is also governed by your separate Enrollment Agreement, which controls if there is any conflict.

01Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to create an account and at least 18 to enroll in a program. By using the Services you represent that you can form a binding contract and are not barred from doing so under applicable law.

02Accounts

  • You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. Keep your password confidential and use a unique password.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. We may suspend or close accounts that contain false information.
  • Notify us immediately at the email below if you believe your account has been compromised.

03Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share course content, recordings, or downloads outside the platform, including with non-enrolled individuals.
  • Use the Services to harass, defame, or discriminate against any person — see our Community Guidelines.
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform, or attempt to access another user's account.
  • Misrepresent your identity, credentials, or completion status of any program.

04Intellectual Property

The curriculum, videos, written materials, software, and brand are the property of MedSpa Institute or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. Your enrollment grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access course materials for your own educational use during and after your enrollment period (subject to any term we specify for a given asset).

You retain ownership of content you submit (assignments, community posts, portfolios). You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and use that content solely to operate and improve the Services and, where you have consented separately, for marketing.

05Tuition, Payments, and Refunds

Tuition, fees, installment terms, and the cancellation/refund schedule for any paid program are set out in your Enrollment Agreement and in our Refund Policy, which is incorporated by reference. Florida CIE rules apply.

06SMS & Email Program

When you submit a form on our site that includes a phone number or email address, you agree to receive marketing and informational calls, texts, and emails from MedSpa Institute at the contact details you provided, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of enrollment or purchase.

  • Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and the events you ask about.
  • Message and data rates may apply — your mobile carrier may charge you for SMS.
  • Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe from marketing SMS. Reply HELP for help and contact information. You can also unsubscribe from marketing email via the link in any marketing email footer.

See the Privacy Policy for full detail on how your contact information is stored, who we share it with, and how to opt out.

07Third-Party Services

The Services may link to or interoperate with third parties such as payment processors, lenders (e.g., Affirm), video hosts, SMS providers (e.g., Twilio), our CRM and automation platform (AI.BRAIN), and analytics providers. We are not responsible for third-party content or practices; your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies.

08Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, your Enrollment Agreement, the Community Guidelines, or applicable law. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of any tuition owed under your Enrollment Agreement.

09Disclaimers

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific outcome (job placement, exam score, licensure) will result from completing a program. Completion of an MSI program is a step toward — not a guarantee of — Florida licensure.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MSI's aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages.

11Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.

12Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, for material changes, notify you. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
