A low-volume, invitation-only fellowship for board-eligible and board-certified surgeons seeking advanced training in aesthetic medicine and surgical-adjacent procedures. Conducted at 360 Surgery Center in Aventura with Dr. Tali Arviv personally directing. Limited to eight surgeons per cohort.
This fellowship is open to:
This fellowship is not appropriate for clinicians without formal surgical training. NPs, PAs, and non-surgical physicians seeking advanced aesthetic training should consider the MSI Aesthetic Medicine Fellowship.
Each cohort runs Monday through Friday. Mornings are operating-room observation alongside Dr. Arviv at 360 Surgery Center. Afternoons are didactic and case-based discussion. Evenings include faculty dinners (optional) and small-group anatomy review.
Morning: One OR case (typically deep-plane facelift or eyelid surgery) with Dr. Arviv, scrubbed-in observation when patient consents. Afternoon: 4-hour anatomy intensive on fresh-frozen cadaver at the partner anatomy lab. Layered facial dissection with emphasis on danger zones, vascular landmarks, and ligamentous structures.
Morning: Two OR cases (typically face/neck lift adjacent or breast cases). Afternoon: Advanced injectables didactic and hands-on — tear-trough, mid-face deep, jawline structural, chin projection. Cannula and needle decision criteria from a surgeon's anatomic vantage. Live patient injections under direct supervision.
Morning: One OR case + ASC walk-through (anesthesia, recovery protocols, ASC accreditation framework). Afternoon: Energy devices applied at the surgical level — RF microneedling, fractional CO2, picosecond lasers in pre/post-surgical contexts. Combined modality protocols.
Morning: One OR case (likely facial or body contouring). Afternoon: PDO/PCL thread placement at the master level. PRP/PRF preparation and application. Hair transplant overview and referral pathways. Pre/post-op aesthetic medicine integration into a surgical practice.
Morning: Surgical case selection + complication management roundtable. Afternoon: The business of a high-end aesthetic surgical practice — P&L architecture, pricing tiers, referral relationship structures, marketing for surgeons, the difference between a busy practice and a profitable one. Group dinner with Dr. Arviv to close the cohort.
Surgical cases observed are determined by Dr. Arviv's actual case calendar that week. Specific procedures cannot be guaranteed; the educational value of the observation is preserved across any case mix.

360 Surgery Center is Dr. Tali Arviv's AAAASF-accredited ambulatory surgical center adjacent to the Arviv Plastic Surgery Center in Aventura, Florida. The center handles full-spectrum aesthetic surgical cases — face, breast, body — across an annual volume that places it in the top quartile of South Florida aesthetic ASCs.
Fellowship cohorts observe at the same ORs where Dr. Arviv's regular cases are performed. This is not a teaching simulation — it is a working aesthetic surgical practice that pauses to teach for one week each quarter.
