You can ask us to delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains what gets deleted, what we have to keep for legal and accreditation reasons, and how to submit a request.
01What We Will Delete
- Your account credentials, profile, photo, biography, and social handles.
- Community posts and DMs you authored (or anonymize them).
- Marketing preferences and any data we hold for marketing analytics.
- Lead and application records that have not progressed to enrollment.
02What We May Keep
State and accreditation rules require us to retain certain academic and financial records — generally for five years after your last date of attendance, sometimes longer. We may also keep limited records to defend legal claims, comply with tax law, and prevent fraud or abuse. We keep only the minimum necessary and protect it with the same safeguards described in our Privacy Policy.
03How to Submit a Request
- Email privacy@medspa-institute.com from the address on file (or another address that we can verify is yours).
- Tell us whether you want to delete only marketing data, close your account entirely, or anonymize community contributions.
- We may ask you for additional verification to make sure we're acting on a legitimate request.
04Response Time
We respond to verified requests within 30 days. For complex requests we may take up to 90 days; if we do, we'll tell you why and when to expect a final response.
